Ff12 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ff12 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out here.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users accessing the ff12 platform from Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the website, mobile application, or any services provided by ff12 ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
The ff12 platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. ff12 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to verify age eligibility.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ff12 as the platform operator. Any continued use following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ff12 platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ff12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ff12 account password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your full responsibility, including any financial transactions carried out.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised, you must contact the ff12 support team immediately. ff12 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access if you fail to notify us within a reasonable time.
Users are prohibited from using the ff12 platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or these terms, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any form of system manipulation. The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology intended to interfere with the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Ff12 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding account balances linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the ff12 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees apply to deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate and belong to them.
Ff12 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited must come from an account registered in the same user's name. Any deposit suspected of originating from an unauthorised source will be investigated and may be frozen pending the outcome of that investigation.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's payment guide. ff12 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits or where unusual account activity is detected. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless the user has verified an eligible alternative method.
Ff12 is not liable for any processing delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers. Users are advised to verify their account details before submitting a withdrawal request to avoid transaction errors.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ff12 are subject to their respective specific terms and conditions. Rollover requirements, wagering limits, and validity periods apply to each offer. Users are advised to read the promotional terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
Ff12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus programme may result in the bonus being voided and the account being suspended.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & External Links
Ff12 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or internet connectivity failures beyond our control. ff12's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the ff12 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, images, and software — is the exclusive property of ff12 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission from ff12.
The ff12 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. ff12 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such links.
Account Closure, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ff12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or if the user no longer meets the eligibility requirements to use the platform. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, ff12 will make reasonable efforts to process the withdrawal of any valid account balance within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the ff12 support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible account balances have been withdrawn, as ff12 is not responsible for unclaimed balances after the specified period.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Ff12 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the ff12 platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the ff12 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
